Poland has its Eurovision 2026 representative. ALICJA will fly the Polish flag in Vienna after winning the national final Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji with her song Pray — a deeply personal track about faith, dreams and embracing change.

A landslide victory

Eight entries competed at the Polish national final on 7 March, broadcast on TVP, with the winner kept secret until the following morning. In a 100% public vote — no jury involved — ALICJA came out on top with nearly a third of all votes cast, making it a clear and decisive win.

She'll perform Pray in the second half of Semi-Final 2 on 14 May in Vienna.

About the song

Pray was co-written by ALICJA alongside Weronika Gabryelczyk and Sinclair Alan Malcolm. It tells the story of an artist's journey — the moment when readiness for change finally arrives, closing one chapter and opening another. Expect something emotionally charged and soulful.

Who is ALICJA?

ALICJA first rose to fame winning The Voice of Poland and has since established herself as one of the most distinctive voices on the Polish music scene, blending R&B and soul with deeply personal storytelling. Her 2024 debut album nie wracam was widely praised, and she's currently working on her first English-language album.

Remarkably, this is her second time winning Poland's Eurovision selection — she also won in 2020 with Empires, but never got to compete after the contest was cancelled due to COVID-19. Vienna 2026 is the moment she's been waiting six years for.

What do you think of Pray? Can ALICJA finally get Poland to the Grand Final? Let us know in the chat! 🎵
